Embossing paste

Over at the Craft Barn the challenge is to use Dreamweavers embossing paste and the are some wonderful examples on show by the DT using the different types of pastes, not haveing any I had to wait for mine to arrive, I decided to go with the crackle paste which takes the distress inks beautifully.. LOVE it !
So for my go with it I've made a card and used an Anna Griffin stencil and stamp Wild honey and Peeled paint DI inks.......... er yes they were still on my desk from the last project but love them together and they worked well with the vintage style :)

Think I'm going to have a go on a box with it next .
Thank you for stopping by

Fab card Von, you're right those colours go together so nicely! I'm still looking out for some new embossing paste, hadn't used mine in years and it dried up, so will pop over to the Craft Barn for a gander.
Have a go at blasting it with a heat gun, while it's still wet, it bubbles all up and when it cools down looks like battered metal, great for ditsress projects and lots of fun!

Not used embossing paste before, I have texture paste which you can do the same thing with, but I haven't tried distress inks on it!!!!

Anyway back to yours, it looks fab and sort of has a sheen to it.

This is so georgeous, the backing frame really complements the centrepiece. I have some embossing paste still unopend from ages ago, after seeing this I must give it a try.
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog re LIM challenge, for some reason my photo is not showing up on my comments. must be a prob with the link. Don't you just love technology.

This is lovely Von. I haven't used my embossing paste for ages - think I'll have to find it and use it.
