Grungy Monday 3

Grungy Monday 3  Linda wants us to use Ranger Adirindack colour wash spray, these are fantastic vibrant colour that don't spilt just like the DI inks so the more water you add the lighter brighter the colour is.
I've had a right old messy time playing with them this week and made a lot of backing paper for when inspiration strikes .
The card I have made was done with a print from a mask that has been sprayed on, I then picked up some of the over spray with cut n dry ans smooched it for the background,  then backed onto paper sprayed with the same colours
I'd also like to enter this for the Simon says  stamp and show challenge show some distressing

I've cut star bursts with my silhouette thanks, dolly for reminding me to use it now and again :) and stamp some Crafty Individuals ladies in them ,the background was done the with DI inks and masking with another star also cut on the silhouette
Hope you will find this a fun challenge and look forward to visting you :)

Girls Rule Grungy Monday 2

Over at Studio L3 it's week 2 of grungy Monday and it's to use the Studio multi medium with distress inks
I had a few false starts on this one but finally settled on a rossett following the instructions for the stamping ( I used a foam stamp ) used dusty concord, worn lipstick and faded jeans. Tore some strips of mulberry paper and inked to match and finished off with a ring of star dust stickles.
Girls Rule !!! I might be the only one is this house hold being towered over by two stapping lads and the other half but if they want to be fed they have to agree lol :)
Thanks for stopping by and do check out the other fab entries and the DT work

Shaping up at Jff Challenge

Heavens it my choice for this month over at Just for Fun and what's this I forget to post it !!! lol
This month is shapes, each week a different shape to stretch your imagination.
My 5 x 5 page was inspired by the song windmills of you mind but ended up as balls of confusion, so get the wheels in motion and see what you can come up with a circles as the main focus of your art .
I have used one of Tim's Sizzix folders with chalk inks for my die cut circles and the curved ruler is from Paper Artsy the man I have no idea I bought a sheet of stamps at a craft fair but can't remember who made it !
Looking forward to seeing how you interpret this weeks theme .
Have Fun :)
