Bleach card

So what do you do with it once you have done it. I tend stash it away with other handmade background papers I've made till it's just the thing I'm looking for but I have made a card so far :)

This is the green copy paper brushed over with bleach, it turned yellow lol dry embossed the squares and used a daisy brass stencil and a flower punch

Bleach

Well I've had a bleaching session the thinnest cheapest bleach really is the best to use.

You can make a paper pad or use a makeup sponge for your bleach and use like an ink pad :) and if your worried about using your stamps use kiddies foam shapes cheap and cheerful and some funky shapes.

One thing I will say if you can never tell what colour you will end up with and I got the best results with cheap coloured copy paper. the blue and pink really did go white.I also used a brush to get the stripey patten

C is for Collage

I know I haven't done B yet for my personal challenge but there was yet another travel challenge on a group I'm in, seems to be a popular choice and I did find it hard coming up with something different ( hope I don't have to do it again for a while ) so this time I did a collage not something I do very often but am very pleased with the result.
I will be making a start on B soon I feel a bleaching sesson coming on lol

Hi All

I didn't say why I was so long in updating my blog, well I was busy making marmalde I did 90 jars in all but think I'll do another 10 to make it a round 100 :) .

Also I had a metal atc swap to do, I did 2 before I went on a work shop so the 3rd one was done properly lol with all the right tools but I had a good idea how to do it as I had seen the tools used on create and craft a while back, but it's amazing how you can make do with what you've got.

The green one I did at the class and it's on green foil and sanded. the middle one I used a stencil and a fiskars embossing plate coloured it with sharpies' and stuck punched foil butterflies on, and last but not least I painted the foil with acrylic dabber put it through the wizard in an embossing folder then sanded it the frame for the clock is also done on the wizard with a peel off butterfly stuck onto acitate coloured and cut out. I've got the bug now and did another which I'm really pleased with I decided not to add any colour .
Hope you like :)
