Mono printing

I made time to have a little fun play and mono printing is something I have been wanting to do for ages but I don't have the funds for a geli plate and was going to make one out of gelatine but I wanted to play Now as one does lol, so among all the bit's and bob's I hoard is a silicon mat a bit on the thin side so I clipped it to my cutting board with a piece if funky foam under it and set to.

Well to say you get carried away is an understatement lol here are a few of what I made

Yes my butterfly brain is quite "happy" writing backwards

and one I've used with die cuts

All good messy fun and lots of papers for future project:)
Fashionable stamping have an anything goes challenge
Thanks for popping by and have a good weekend

Just goes to show you don't have to rely on an expensive gelli plate or the faff of gelatin.

Love what you have made. I can't afford a gelli-plate either! Have fun, hugs, Valerie

I did that last week-end with a thick silicone mat (intended for biscuits I suppose), like you I found it addicting... Enjoy !
