Decoupage ATC's

The host of the latest swap on Crafty Us (Karen) choose decoupage , my heart dropped not my most favourite of styles, but I'm so pleased I was made to think out of my comfort zone, it made me look at my stamps in a different light .

I even printed some and put them on my own inked backgrounds

The last of the alpha ATC's

The tulips are also embossed and coloured with blendable penciles with H2O's for the background .

Hi all

Well I guess you might have wondered what I have been upto lately will not a lot but when you put it all together it seems I've been busier that I thought.
These are the cards I have done that I'm pleased with the out come.
I have done quiet a few ATC's as well but I will added then another day :)
Thank you for taking the time to take a peek at my cards

A wedding card using a shaving foam background whith posh impression inks . Distress inks and h2o's

Birthday card for Cindy, an experiment using something that is like liquid pearl but cheaper and slower drying, you squeeze some onto an acetate sheet mix it up a bit and use it as an ink pad solid stamp work well remember to clean the stamps quickly with soap and water

This one was done with the Liquid Pearls you can see it has more pigment in it looks really good but you do have to be quick at cleaning your stamp after

Another tulip swap this time using the bleeding technique for the background, that's where you put wet tissue paper between 2 sheets of glossy card and leaving it to dry.

Made for a tulip swap. Stencil embossing paste which is then heated to give a distressed look

Used a stencil addirondack ink and a stipple brush for the main image and the cross is embossed in gold cut out and stuck with foam pads

Dragged alcohol background.
The image was sent to me by my friend Paula and I have coloured it with blendable penciles
