I.J.L.K

Next round of the alphabet atc swap .
The mice (J) are not mine lol but an image that my friend Lou sent me in a swap I've water coloured them and added snow with liquid applique and gliter.
L for love are all from a set by rubbadubbaoo.
K for kiss well what can I say I should think just about every stamper has owned the chap with the flowers at some point lol I just amazed at how many times I have used him as I'm not a cute stamper most of the time yep and it's those lips again lol and kiss is from a hamton clear set .
I for inspire I'm not sure if I have added the word on upside down or not now :(

Stampbord brooch and box

Here's my first ever stampbord brooch for a swap on UK stampers, well that's not entirely true I have made one before as a present for a friend.
Stamped with fired brick red then coloured with broken china marigold and marmalade, embossed and stamped with a leaf pattern in to the embossing.
it's then mounted on to an atc and in a matchbox style box :)
Hope it comes up to scratch

Melt pot work shop

Went to Aldershot at the weekend with my friend Becky and got lost lol so we were late for a class with Judi .
I have had my melt pot for a while but not used it much so thought it would be good to do a basic class. We poured and stamped, we poured and cut, we poured into moulds and we dipped card shapes .
The pearl UTEE is gorgeous and we added the to dye for to colour the white UTEE .
I'm going to have ago adding some flex next time I do it as these are not very strong although the dipped card seems more durable so will withstand the postal system lol nothing worse than receiving something that has broken :(

Brayering

Ok back on track with my alpha challenge I love to use my brayer and here's three cards using 3 different techniques

This one uses masking I stamped the birds and flourishes, masked the main image and used the flowers from Spellbinder before going over it with the brayer. Stamps from inkadinkado

Versa resist stamp from G studio

This is the same ink as the other card Vibrant primary big and juice but this card stock is a high gloss finish .

This is the last one I did and my fave :)
whilst making the first I stamped off on to scrap paper and cleaned my brayer on it. I just though oh lovely I can use that tehe
So look carefully before you throw anything away
hope you like it .

Black and white

Two atc's for a swap, the first is done with stamps or course and punches I'd just got the corner punch and was itching to use it on something :) the collage I did by masking and embossed the pen and letters cut them out and used foam pads to give some dimension.

Bleach card

So what do you do with it once you have done it. I tend stash it away with other handmade background papers I've made till it's just the thing I'm looking for but I have made a card so far :)

This is the green copy paper brushed over with bleach, it turned yellow lol dry embossed the squares and used a daisy brass stencil and a flower punch

Bleach

Well I've had a bleaching session the thinnest cheapest bleach really is the best to use.

You can make a paper pad or use a makeup sponge for your bleach and use like an ink pad :) and if your worried about using your stamps use kiddies foam shapes cheap and cheerful and some funky shapes.

One thing I will say if you can never tell what colour you will end up with and I got the best results with cheap coloured copy paper. the blue and pink really did go white.I also used a brush to get the stripey patten
